It was great to be presenting on Communication this morning for DMM Training & Development's latest open training program on Leadership. Diane Moisley-Mason and I are working with a great bunch of people from a diverse range companies.
The workshop included discussions on how we maximise the impact of our communications by understanding why a face-to-face meeting is more impactful than an email. We also discussed how good listening improves our communication skills and the impact of poor communication on relationships within an organisation.
It was an honour to present the prizes to this week's top performers. The group voted for the person who had achieved most in the time since the previous session and also for the person who had contributed most to the day's session.
